Bugsy Malone is a British musical gangster film released in 1976, directed by Alan Parker. The film set in New York features only child actors and is based on events from the early 1920’s to 1931, centring on Fat Sam’s Speakeasy Club telling a story of two rival gangster mobs. on the Speakeasy and boxing promoter Bugsy Malone; Sam’s aide, helps him to keep his empire. Altercations between the rival gangs take place using ‘splurge guns’ covering the victims in cream, a lot of cream pie throwing goes on too. There is also the story of Bugsy & love interest Blousey, who after a few ups and downs finally get together. Eventually Bugsy and
