For Internet orders within the UK, your purchase will arrive within 7 working days. If for any reason the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will e-mail or telephone you to let you know when you can expect to receive your purchase.

Heavy Item Surcharge

Due to their considerable weight, items marked with an aeroplane carry a £5 postage surcharge, this has been included in the price displayed. Please also note that there are some heavy items which we are unable to ship overseas. Should you particularly wish to order these items please contact customer services on +44 (0) 16977 45298 who will advise postage costs specific to the item and overseas address.

Stock Availability

There are occasionally discrepancies, but the stock levels are correct to the best of our knowledge. If you order something that is out of stock, we will inform you by email or phone. Goods are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or immediate refund in full. To return any item, please contact Customer Services who will immediately send you a FREEPOST RETURNS LABEL (UK orders only) to affix to your parcel and hand it in at any Post Office.
